Paul Gore signs to Outsider
Paul Gore is rather a remarkable young man who, at the tender age of 21, was directing promos within six months of leaving college, having studied fashion photography at The London College of Fashion. His first promo won a silver at D&AD and he was soon awarded Best New Director at CADs with Best Director following a couple of years later. He has created award-winning and much talked about promos for Massive Attack, DJ Shadow, New Order and Amy Winehouse amongst many others.
Paul's work stands out for its stunning imagery, intensity and 'of the moment' quality'; a combination of clever ideas and superlative aesthetics.
In recent years, Paul has turned his attention to commercials. He has created films for brands such as the BBC, Coca Cola, Lacoste and ASOS. Paul has collaborated numerous times with the French Agency, Fred and Farid, on campaigns for Diesel including the notable 'Fuel For Life' series and a recent trio of spots for Diesel's male fragrance.

The short film, which is Paul's first, stars Bafta winner Vicky McClure of Shane Meadow's 'This Is England' fame. 'Born Again' takes the actress on a journey of self discovery as she embraces her alter ego, committing the ultimate sacrifice in order to cleansed and born again. Set against the backdrop of the Brecon Beacons, Paul worked with DOP John Lynch and stylist, Virginie Montel, to create this stylish, dark and intriguing odyssey.
